Spaces for learning, reflection & shared wellbeing.
Dharini’s workshop work extends counselling into classrooms, staff rooms and professional learning spaces — helping students, parents, educators and counsellors build a more thoughtful language around mental health.
Not a lecture. A space to participate.
Workshops are designed to be reflective, practical and developmentally appropriate. The focus is not simply on delivering information, but on helping participants notice patterns, ask better questions and leave with language they can use in real situations.
Depending on the audience, sessions may explore emotional awareness, stress, relationships, communication, school wellbeing, parent guidance, educator support, student mental health, neurodevelopment and digital living.
Designed around the community in the room.

The hidden threads of student mental health.
Interwoven was created as a shared learning space for school counsellors, educators and mental-health professionals to look at the support systems around student wellbeing.
The first gathering at GGIS brought together more than 70 educators and counsellors from across Gujarat. The conversations explored how teachers, counsellors, families and peers can contribute to healthier school communities, alongside experiential breakout sessions including listening and nonviolent communication.
Dharini and the GGIS counselling team helped host and organise the initiative as part of the school’s wider wellbeing work.
Learning for the realities schools are facing now.
Following the first edition, Interwoven 2.0 brought school counsellors, educators and mental-health professionals together again for a day of meaningful conversation, experiential learning and shared reflection.
The 2026 programme explored evolving realities in student wellbeing, mental health, neurodevelopment and digital living. Sessions included experiential approaches such as miniature psychodrama, designed to help young people externalise inner conflicts that can otherwise be difficult to articulate.

Learning that is active and shared.

Workshop design begins with context.
